Automatic Butt Joint Welding Machine for Plastic Sheet

TSD butt sheet welding machine can be used for butt fusion of thermoplastic sheets (e.g. PVC-U, PE, HDPE, PP, PVDF). The surface of the heating element is Teflon coated. The temperature control system is digital and shows set and real temperature. A digital timer with an acoustic signal (for acoustic time control) is also included in the standard machine. The weld cycle is carried out manually by hand. Our plastic sheet welding machine is the ideal entry-level model and is particularly fit for portable purposes. Optionally, the machine is available with a operated 90° welding jig.
