The TSD80 Weldable Heat Shrinkable Sleeve Rolls from TSD is a roll-type high-performance anticorrosion heat shrink material specially built for onshore long-distance pipeline engineering, providing long-term corrosion protection and stable bonding performance for pipeline welded joints and straight pipe section anticorrosion repair, compatible with pipeline systems operating continuously at up to 85℃. Adopting innovative weldable substrate formula and long-acting adhesive system, this onshore pipeline heat shrinkable rolls features higher construction flexibility than traditional pre-cut sleeves, adapting to pipeline anticorrosion needs of any pipe diameter and non-standard length. The standard specification is 350mm×2.5mm×30meters/roll, and we also support full-series customization of wall thickness from 2.0mm to 3.2mm, perfectly matching the batch construction needs of various onshore oil and gas, municipal pipe network and other pipeline projects. The product's unique adhesive technology achieves lower installation preheat temperature, and realizes ultra-high strength bonding to mainstream mainline coatings such as PE, FBE, PP and HPPC, providing full-scenario anticorrosion protection for pipelines.
Our bulk heat shrink sleeve rolls adopt a standard 30-meter large roll packaging, which can be cut freely according to on-site pipe diameter and weld joint width, no need to customize pre-cut specifications in advance, greatly reducing material waste, especially suitable for batch construction of large-scale long-distance pipeline projects. It can also be directly used for anticorrosion repair of pipeline straight sections and anticorrosion wrapping of special-shaped structures, breaking through the application limitations of traditional sleeves, and reducing material procurement and inventory management costs for pipeline engineering general contractors and prefabrication factories.
This weldable heat shrink sleeve rolls features an exclusive adhesive formula with longer open operation time, matched with special surface active components, which can achieve complete wet-out at a minimum preheat temperature of 110℃, and realize stable bonding to low surface energy pipeline coatings. Compared with traditional products, it greatly shortens on-site heating time, improves single-day construction volume, and eliminates common anticorrosion failure problems such as poor bonding and cathodic disbondment, ensuring the long-term integrity of the pipeline anticorrosion layer.
The matching force cured liquid epoxy system of this pipeline corrosion protection heat shrink rolls can complete anticorrosion pretreatment and pre-inspection of the steel pipeline surface before the installation of heat shrink materials, to check surface defects in advance. The epoxy layer will not shift or fall off during the construction process, ensuring the seamless combination of steel substrate and anticorrosion layer, fundamentally blocking the intrusion of corrosive media, and greatly reducing the later leakage risk and operation and maintenance costs of the pipeline.
The product has excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, which can adapt to the harsh working conditions of onshore buried pipelines and field construction. The 600% elongation at break can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline and geological settlement deformation, maintaining the structural integrity of the anticorrosion layer for a long time, and providing decades of stable protection for the pipeline.
