The TSD60 heat shrinkable sleeve system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on pipelines operating up to 60°C. TSD60 has been designed with a flexible radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing with a unique hot melt adhesive. TSD-60 is stretchable, hand-wrapped, heat-shrinkable sleeves specifically designed for the protection of the insulation without any primer used in insulated joint system. Also, it can be used for anticorrosion of welded joint for three layer polyethylene coating steel pipelines.
Our TSD60 heat shrinkable sleeve is a high-performance pipeline anti-corrosion and sealing solution designed for pipeline systems with an operating temperature up to 60℃. This low temp heat shrinkable sleeve adopts a flexible radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing with a specially formulated hot melt adhesive layer, providing superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding performance for various pipeline joints. As a versatile low temperature pipeline anti-corrosion sleeve, it can be hand-wrapped and heat-shrinked directly without primer, which simplifies the on-site construction process and is suitable for various complex construction environments. It is the ideal anti-corrosion choice for pipeline engineering contractors, anti-corrosion service providers and pipeline operation and maintenance teams.
Our TSD60 pre-insulated pipe heat shrink sleeve forms a seamless protective coating with excellent structural integrity after heat shrinkage, which can effectively isolate the pipeline from corrosive media in soil and the environment. It has excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment, abrasion and chemical attack, which can effectively prevent corrosion of pipeline weld joints and extend the service life of the pipeline by more than 30 years, greatly reducing long-term anti-corrosion maintenance costs for pipeline operators.
This low temp heat shrinkable sleeve has excellent compatibility with various mainstream pipeline types and coating systems, including pre-insulated pipelines, 3-layer polyethylene coated steel pipes, plastic drainage and water supply pipes. It can also be used for horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects of oil and gas pipelines, and can be used as a heat shrink end cap for pre-insulated pipes, meeting diverse anti-corrosion and sealing needs of different pipeline projects.
Our TSD60 heat shrinkable sleeve features a flexible wraparound design, which can be used as a 2-layer or 3-layer sleeve system with or without epoxy primer, providing maximum flexibility for on-site construction. It can be supplied in bulk rolls or pre-cut to the required pipe size, adapting to different pipe diameters and construction scenarios. No special professional equipment is required, and installation can be completed with a conventional heating tool, which greatly shortens the construction period and improves construction efficiency for engineering teams.
The radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing of this low temperature pipeline anti-corrosion sleeve has excellent tensile strength (up to 20MPa) and elongation at break (up to 600%), which can withstand strong impact, extrusion and deformation during construction and operation. The hot melt adhesive layer has excellent bonding performance, with a peel strength of up to 75 N/cm at 23℃, ensuring long-term stable adhesion to the pipe surface without falling off or cracking.

Our TSD60 heat shrinkable sleeve is widely used in various pipeline projects for oil and gas engineering contractors, municipal pipeline operators, pipeline anti-corrosion service providers and water conservancy engineering teams. Core application scenarios include:
Weld joint anti-corrosion of 3PE coated steel pipelines
Insulation layer protection for pre-insulated pipe joints
Sealing and anti-corrosion of plastic water supply and drainage pipelines
Anti-corrosion protection for oil and gas pipelines in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects
End sealing of pre-insulated pipes as heat shrink end caps
Anti-corrosion renovation of existing pipeline weld joints
Municipal pipe network and industrial pipeline supporting anti-corrosion projects
Our TSD60 low temp heat shrinkable sleeve is designed for pipeline systems with a long-term operating temperature up to 60℃, and can withstand a short-term peak operating temperature of 65℃.
This low temperature pipeline anti-corrosion sleeve is compatible with pre-insulated pipelines, 3-layer polyethylene coated steel pipes, plastic drainage and water supply pipes, and is also suitable for oil and gas pipelines in HDD projects.
No primer is required for the installation of our TSD60 pre-insulated pipe heat shrink sleeve. It can be directly heated and shrinked after pipe surface treatment, and can also be used with epoxy primer to form a 3-layer anti-corrosion system according to higher anti-corrosion requirements.
